Across Q4 2025, volunteers associated with Scientology social programmes highlighted a series of local activities across Europe. The quarter’s roundup featured local environmental and civic volunteering, alongside fact-based drug-prevention education and human-rights education based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights delivered through partner programmes.
Organisers cited initiatives across Italy, France, the Czech Republic, Denmark and Switzerland, with volunteers cooperating with local communities, small businesses and civic organisations. Some initiatives also referenced *The Way eu news now to Happiness*, a secular moral code written by L. Ron Hubbard, as a framework for everyday responsibility and respectful conduct.
Ivan Arjona-Pelado, the Church of Scientology’s representative to the EU, OSCE, Council of Europe and the United Nations, commented: “Europe’s values are strengthened when citizens choose practical responsibility—keeping public spaces clean, sharing factual prevention tools, and teaching the next generation that rights and dignity apply to everyone. Social cohesion grows through consistent, local action.”
